Have you previously sought help for your child (Dr, counselling, etc) but don't know where to turn next? Would you know where to go to get support for your child? We've created this form to allow Parents/Carers to self-refer their child to our Wellbeing services. Submissions will go to our dedicated Safeguarding Team and we will aim to respond within the next 5 working days.
