Welcome to information around Mental Health

Mental Health is defined as a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.

Are you too nervous to ask for support?

Are you worried about something?

We have created cards signposting students to where they can access help outside of school either online, over the phone or face to face.  This is all in addition to the support that is avaiable in school.
