The DOVE Confident Me Programme is a series of workshops delivered over 3-4 hour long sessions.
Topics covered include Appearance Ideals; Media, Social Media and Personal Media Pressure; Confidence and Self Esteem; Confront Comparisons;
Banish Body Talk;
Promote discussion by watching video clips and complete worksheets in pairs and individually.
