We've used the Learning Platform to deliver this questionnaire. If you are a parent with a student in Years 7 to 10, you should already have received your username and password. If you haven't, please feel free to get in contact with the school by emailing learningplatform@kscs.org.uk. For security purposes, please include your name, address and the student's name and form.
